These are the tea plantations that we saw on the way from Kisumu to Nairobi. They are HUGE! The houses are for people who work on the plantations. The land here is so beautiful - they get so much rain and it's a little cooler. It is really beautiful.

The sky was so beautiful on the way there - those are the hills that we drove through with the tea plantations.

The staff at the clinic. It's probably too small of a picture to see faces, but from the left: Daniel (pharmacist), Patroba (maintenance), Hannety (nurse), Moses (my moto guy - not sure how he snuck in there!), Milicent (reception/my translator), Ronald (lab), Ruth (assists in lab), Daniel Okal (clinical officer) and me!
pretty, and so much greener than mbita!
